My art continues along the vein of “Visual Conversations“, the album I created on Facebook, that groups together some of my paintings that seem to go together, as a collection. I continue to pursue the cause and effect of the colours, the shapes, and how they relate to one another. I’m enjoying the negative, or “quiet” space, next to the space that contains colourful information. That space is very important, and allows the busier part of the painting, some breathing space. We all need breathing space. I chose another abstract name, for this work: “Scholar”.
